Florence, after a delicious lunch (pasta, of course!). We took the pics on our way back to the hotel, they weren’t scheduled, though… I love the views by the river, looking at wonderful Ponte Vecchio. There was a special light that day, a sunset I’m sure I’ll always remember. A special moment that will stay forever in my heart.

In these pics, I’m covered-up warm in earth tones. Love them in winter! And I´m wearing my comfy boots I bought two years ago. Hope you like the pics and thank you so much for your comments.

Won this Manuela coat on eBay for around seventy percent off last month. A style that's "iconic" and "never goes on sale" in which I was reminded of each time I tried it on at a MaxMara boutique. Well I basically stole it, so there. Happy as a pig in shit. xo

Good morning, Everyone! How is your weekend going so far?

Ok, so I'll be the first to admit that wearing sandals smack in the middle of winter is a bit insane! In fact, when I think about January appropriate footwear, sandals are pretty much the last thing that come to mind:) Yet, I find myself in this particular dilemma every year. That very familiar place where things I feel I should be wearing in Winter and things I actually can wear, given that it's about 80 degrees outside, don't exactly match. Sure, I've been trying to keep up the pretense that it's still Winter in LA by layering and wearing boots with pretty much everything, but as temperatures continue to soar, I am faced with the inevitable. Sandal weather is here:)

Not that I am complaining about this! I'll take all the warmth and sun I can get! Maybe I am not quite ready to give up on cozy coats, sweaters and boots just yet...

Along with my faux fur, found this cocoon coat at the Topshop department of Nordstrom. I swear, they have some of the best, on trend yet reasonably priced, outwear pieces right now. For example, totally smitten by this striped duster and this light grey trench.

Oh and totally didn't realize my bag was open till after the photos were taken! Whoops!

Hope you all have a great weekend!

Hi there! I have been in Colorado this weekend with really sketchy service, so I'm very thankful for my new friend Lauren's wifi hotspot that she has on her phone! It's been absolutely gorgeous out here and I hope to share more with y'all later this week. For now, this swing dress is another great one to snatch up. It's only $50. It runs a little big and the material is thinner than I prefer, but I loved the print a lot, so I just made sure I wear black tights and a black tank underneath it. Don't miss out on these booties! They're 30% off with lots of sizes available! Hope y'all have a great day!

I’ve had this pink Zara coat for a few years now and am always happy to pull it out once January rolls around.  It’s a welcome pop of color in my sea of dark coats. There’s something so refreshing about wearing a head to toe pastel outfit in the middle of winter!  I’m loving this pink coat under $100 and this one which is just over $125 (such a steal.)  I hope you had a wonderful weekend!

Sometimes the coolest outfits are those that you throw on without much thought behind it. The ones that are simple in color and silhouette. Those looks that you can make look different with just one twist.

I switched it up a bit with my cardi that I picked up from Nordstrom because instead of throwing it on over a tee, I thought it would be fun to wrap a belt around it for a more sophisticated look. I made sure to keep everything neutral in grey to fit the mood I was having plus it was easy to find matchy-matchy pieces in color over at nordstrom because they carry just about every color!

The leopard clutch was the perfect touch to break-up the palette. Don’t be afraid to keep things simple. Instead of wearing your oversized cardi over a top, wear a pretty lace bralette and wrap your cardi with a belt- the cute detail of the bra peeking will be the ultimate detail!

Gotta run now, but wanted to wish you a beautiful Tuesday!

I'm back in Tulsa now and aside from the cold weather, I am soooo happy to be home. I missed Fitz & John like crazy! They sent me snapchats all day long while I was gone so it was fun to watch that - and one night John had a nightshift so Fitz went to Camp Bow Wow & I woke up early to watch him on the phone app! I still missed them though! I guess its the consequence of being a major homebody and traveling a lot!

I am so crazy over this (warm) Nasty Gal poncho! It is oversized and SOOO great!! Not to mention, my favorite booties that I not have in 2 colors! They are both on sale, too!

Hope you all are having a great week!
