PATTERN AND FLATS!

The summer is ending here (ahhhhhhh!), And last weekend took me to play in a cheerful look, with a mix of fun prints! I woke up well on Saturday, but unwilling to wear heels (after a fashion week is always so haha), so I chose a print dress in a lightweight fabric, and combined with a beautiful rasteirinha in chains. I finished the look with a white boyfriend blazer, leaving the more "comportadinho" visual and colorful purse, pulling to print dress! Look feminine, comfortable and super everyday!
Wear Pink Challenge

Good morning, darlings!
Well...this is a challenge I’ve decided to take.
I haven’t wore pink for a while, now, and this ocassion brought to my attention that
I totally forgot to show you this skirt. It is one of those statemnt skirts, in my opinion: high-waisted, high-split, bold color, volume...Plus, it is one of the first pieces I made,
so it’s close to my heart, also. It’s true that some kilos were lost since it was made,
but it still fits me. As for the outfit, I had something more elegant in mind at first,
but in the last minute I’ve decided to give it a more casual and unconventional approach. Loved the result, especially cause it’s a little out of the ordinary mix for this kind of skirt.
Plus, it goes perfectly with my favorite magazine, doesn’t it?!
I know I need to change my foundation, it’s still Summer in my heart!
Have a wonderful week, darlings!
Kisses
MESH DRESS WITH GOLD BELT

If I showed you a mesh vest a couple weeks ago (remember the post here), today is the turn of the dress version! I love vests and specially that one but I love this mesh trend even more when it comes to dresses and skirts. In this case, this dress is soo versatile because it works with sneakers but also for a more dressed-up looks for a special date ;) Because a chic outfit doesn’t mean it can’t be comfy as well, here I show you the dress combined with platform sneakers! Hope you like it :P
Lots of love!

Palm Tree Top And Swell Shorts by Hapa Time

It's kind of funny because this looks so tropical that you wouldn't think it's fall, anywhere. There are actually a surprising amount of palm trees in northern California, and as you might guess, my guy and I went to the beach this weekend. Santa Cruz, specifically. It was a beautiful day although somehow I never get to do everything I want at the beach!
This top is so versatile! You can wear it with denim cut offs in pretty much any color or pair it with loose high waist shorts as seen on the Sabo Skirt model. I wouldn't mind pairing it with some loose high waist white slacks/pants either. Even full length denim and flip flops is cute.
Printed Pants

I wore this outfit to the Rachel Zoe presentation on the last day of Fashion Week. Rachel’s collection was inspired by Marrakech and I’m dying to get my hands on this dress and this dress. There’s nothing comfier than a pair of printed silk pants and light tank. I have a feeling I’ll be living in silk pants this season… I’m coveting these and these.
FRINGED JACKET

Good morning!! How did Monday go? By the time this post gets published I’ll be working; but I’m having the afternoon off hooray!!!
The weather is still a little funny around here, we’ll have to get used to it… my tan has already gone away… :( I’ll try to have a sunbath ASAP hahahaha!! That’s why I’ve already had to grab a thin jacket and wear it for the first time when evening comes. I was really looking forward to wear this jacket for the first time, I’ve seen it on many places and I didn’t want to leave it in my closet any longer. This time I opted for a total-black combination in order to make this jacket and its color the star. Do you like it? I wore sandals in almost the same tone and the handbag and necklace in black and golden. How do you like this outfit?
