Long kimono
Photo/Source
Good morning people! Today I am going to show you another one of my looks that I wore from Madrid. We decided to spend the afternoon shopping, walking around Gran Via and Puerta del Sol. We actually had a really good time in Madrid and everything was so much better thanks to the location of the hotel, One Shot Recoletos 04, because this is near to every important atraction in Madrid. My look was kind of simple and comfy wearing one of my favourites kimonos, with gladiators sandalas, shorts and a black crop top. I think the most important pieces of this look is the kimono and the sandals, because without them the look could look too simple. I hope you girls like my outfit and see you soon with a new post :)
Acne White Shirt Dress

I saw a cute thing on J.Crew the other day that inspired me to start wearing my long Acne White Shirt dress in various ways.
I must say, this top/dress has been sitting in my closet ever since I wore in New York last month so I was pretty stoked to bust it back out. As we s-l-o-w-l-y {don’t freak out on me} start to head into the fall season, I am all about sticking to basic black & white style {have you noticed?}. I am striving to think of inventive ways to carry over my favorite summer pieces into fall such as layering my Tipi Sweater over sundresses or dressing crisp white blouses under blazers and tanks.

Black + White Romper

TGIF! This romper is so light and easy – ideal for a weekend getaway. I paired it with these fun little braided sandals from Sole Society. They’re affordable, neutral, and go with everything – including my new favorite bag from this post. Have a great weekend!
Falling for Plaid...

Nordstrom plaid shirt // Nordstrom striped tube skirt
Gucci sunglasses // grey booties // David Yurman ring // similar link bracelet
MAC lipstick in "syrup" // Essie nail polish in "go ginza"
I'm so excited to partner with Nordstrom today to talk about the Americana collection… just about the cutest collection of fall clothes you'll ever see! If I haven't made it known by now that I'm ready for fall, take this post as the official statement. This Ace Delivery plaid shirt is so comfortable that it almost feels like a pajama top, and so cute that I want to wear it every day of the fall season. I paired it with this striped skirt, however I can't wait to wear it with denim and black pants this fall (and riding boots - hooray for the return of riding boots!). The best thing about both of these pieces is that they are each less than $70, which is not bad for items you can mix and match all season long.
