The older I get, the more I gravitate towards classic items, often with a little city edge. Those are the items that are constantly rotating in my closet and that always make me feel the most confident and put together. Case in point: classic trench, black dress, pointy-toed pumps, your favorite accessories and a bold lip (I find myself wearing a red lip a lot more in the fall and winter).
Just a little reminder to invest in good quality, closet staples. They're the items that will get you the most bang for your buck!
